ISO 9001:2000 represents an international family of specifications and standards for quality assurance management systems that incorporates an independent third party for inspection and registration. The ISO certification process required Interactive Technologies to pass several quality audits, produce extensive documentation of its quality system and demonstrate continuous improvement to its quality management system.
