Master agreement will allow utilities, local governments, and other entities to offer a range of billing and payment options while avoiding complex procurement processes

BROOKFIELD, Wis., June 8, 2021Fiserv, Inc. The NCPA empowers thousands of public agencies in all 50 states to lower payment costs and provide payment options through preferred channels and safeguard sensitive data.

Over 90,000 NCPA agency members including utilities, local governments, counties, state agencies, federal government entities, school districts, higher education institutions, healthcare organizations, religious groups, and nonprofit corporations can now leverage the NCPA master contract with Fiserv to speed and reduce the cost of procurement.
