Uslander has been instrumental in growing Clover® into an all-in-one point-of-sale and business management platform for small and mid-sized businesses

BROOKFIELD, Wis., March 15, 2022 —Mary Uslander, Senior Vice President of Commercialization and Client Experience at Fiserv, Inc., has been named one of the Most Influential Women in Payments by American Banker. Included amongst a prestigious group of 25 leaders, Uslander was recognized for her role in expanding Clover from a point-of-sale solution into a business management system that enables small business success.

Uslander’s career includes leading technology initiatives across retail banking, mortgage banking, merchant acquiring, and small business solutions, experience she put to good use when joining the payments industry in 2014 after spending more than 20 years in banking. In addition to her role at Fiserv, Uslander also is immediate past President of the Women’s Network in Electronic Transactions (Wnet), where she has held multiple leadership positions focused on helping women access new opportunities and build relationships to grow professionally and personally.

“Wnet is delighted to see Mary honored for the impact she has had on the payments industry, and the influence she has had on countless women within our organization,” said Wendy Holliday, CEO at Wnet. “Since joining Wnet in 2014, Mary has built bridges and empowered women across our industry.”
