BROOKFIELD, Wis.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--
Fiserv,
Inc. (NASDAQ: FISV), a leading global provider of financial services
technology solutions, announced today that Gate City Bank, a $1.9
billion asset financial institution based in Fargo, North Dakota, has
expanded its relationship with Fiserv by selecting the DNA®
core account processing platform and additional integrated solutions
from Fiserv.
Gate City Bank is the top mortgage lender in North Dakota and has been a
Fiserv client since 2001. The bank chose DNA because it was seeking a
flexible, open-architecture technology foundation that would facilitate
the delivery of a superior customer experience, streamline operations,
and enable easier integration of third-party solutions. The bank plans
to consolidate its mortgage, business and consumer loan servicing on the
DNA platform. It is also adding integrated solutions to support
electronic document management from the teller to the back office,
helping the bank move toward a paperless environment and enhancing the
customer experience.
"DNA will allow Gate City Bank to remain nimble and rapidly respond to
customer needs and industry changes, while enabling efficiencies that
will help us grow," said Steve Swiontek, Chairman, President and CEO,
Gate City Bank. "The open architecture and flexibility of DNA frees us
from the limitations of hard-coded processes, and enhances our ability
to retain our leadership role as a community bank."
Along with DNA, Gate City Bank selected multiple integrated solutions
from Fiserv, including Nautilus® enterprise content
management, tMagic™ teller capture, CardVisionSM credit card
management, and a suite of CRM and business intelligence solutions. The
bank also will leverage Professional Services for DNA, Sentry
Performance SolutionsSM for managed network services, and DNAapps™
from the DNAappstore™.
"By expanding its relationship with Fiserv, Gate City Bank will benefit
from innovative technologies that facilitate outstanding customer
experiences in step with the way people live and work today," said Teri
Carstensen, president, Bank Solutions, Fiserv. "Gate City Bank is
positioning itself to thrive in an increasingly complex financial
services environment, and we look forward to continuing our partnership."
