Fiserv's Interactive Technologies Unit Licenses Advantage Fee System to National City; Automated Fee Billing and Revenue Management Solution Meets Complex Banking Fee ChallengesSUMMIT, N.J.--Oct. 4, 2005--Fiserv, Inc. (Nasdaq:FISV) said its Interactive Technologies business unit has licensed the Advantage Fee System to National City Corporation (NYSE:NCC). National City was ranked among the top 10 U.S. bank holding companies in 2005 by the American Banker newspaper.

As part of the agreement, National City will license the Advantage Fee System software to automate transaction processing and to streamline fee calculation, invoicing and revenue management for the trust and wealth management areas of its banking operations.
