Contributing to this overall ranking, Fiserv was also marked first overall in the "Compliance Monitoring and Control" and "Regulatory Reporting Packages" categories, as well as second in the "Anti-Fraud Software" category and third in the "Anti-Money Laundering Software" category.

The rankings were compiled from a survey conducted over four weeks. It was sent to readers of Operational Risk and Regulation and promoted through its Risk.net website. Respondents were asked to rank their top five companies across eight categories - compliance monitoring and control; email archiving, data storage and recovery tools; governance, risk and compliance; Sarbanes-Oxley products; anti-fraud software; anti-money laundering; regulatory reporting packages; spreadsheet compliance products.
