(FCS), the leading provider of customer service-driven accounts receivable management and collection programs for the health and fitness industry. This collaboration will provide an enhanced offering to Fiserv customers that will enable them to leverage Fiserv's current outsourced billing services, which include free automated collection tools during the early delinquency stage, and will add the option of personal phone calls by experienced FCS collectors during the intermediate and advanced delinquency stages. The service is now available to Fiserv clients using club management software (ASP versions) with multiple locations, ranging from two to 62 or more facilities.

FCS, headquartered in Woodbridge, N.J., is the only accounts receivable management and collections provider that specializes in the health and fitness industry and is the preferred vendor of most major national health and fitness club franchise organizations. This collaboration enables Fiserv to expand its full service, back office club support portfolio that includes billing, collections, member call center, and data management services.
