Fiserv, Inc. To Provide Webcast of Second Quarter 2005 Earnings CallBROOKFIELD, Wis.--July 7, 2005--Fiserv, Inc. (Nasdaq:FISV) will provide a live broadcast and replay of its second quarter 2005 earnings conference call over the Internet. The live Webcast and archived replay can be accessed on the Fiserv Web site at www.fiserv.com.

The conference call format will change to a short management discussion of quarterly highlights to allow more time for questions and answers. The earnings press release, to be distributed after the financial markets close on July 21, will be expanded to include additional quarterly and segment results analysis, as well as an outlook for the third quarter and full year.

The Webcast will begin at 9 a.m. Central time on July 22, 2005. Those wishing to listen to the discussion are asked to log on 10 minutes before the call begins. An archive of the call will be available beginning approximately one hour after the call concludes.
