Fiserv Health Signs Multi-Year Agreement with Aetna To Expand Aetna Signature Administrators(SM) to all Fiserv Health TPAsMINNEAPOLIS--Aug. 25, 2005--Fiserv Health, an operating group of Fiserv, Inc. (Nasdaq:FISV), today announced it signed a multi-year agreement with Aetna to expand access to Aetna's PPO network and stop-loss services to each of the Fiserv Health third-party administrators (TPAs). Last year, Aetna had selected Wausau Benefits, a Fiserv Health company, as one of the first Aetna Signature Administrators(SM), an initiative directed at self-funded employers who traditionally use TPAs to manage their employee benefit plans. The expanded multi-year agreement will extend to Benesight, Harrington, Benefit Planners, Administrative Services Group, and Fiserv Health--Kansas.

Effective immediately, Fiserv Health TPAs will offer Aetna's national PPO provider network as well as its stop-loss reinsurance to its prospective and existing customers nationwide.
