Frank Bisignano is President, Chief Executive Officer and member of the board of directors of Fiserv, Inc. As Chief Marketing Officer for Fiserv, Inc., Leigh Asher leads brand strategy, corporate communications and creative direction worldwide, as well as oversees market research and marketing technology and operations. She is responsible for the Fiserv portfolio of client engagement platforms, such as the company’s annual Forum client conference, and was instrumental in establishing a multi-year naming rights agreement for Fiserv Forum, a state-of-the-art sports and entertainment venue in Milwaukee.
Asher plays a key role in shaping the company’s workplace experience and led the design of its flagship office in Alpharetta, Ga., which has served as a model for other Fiserv locations worldwide. Asher joined Fiserv in 2007 as part of its acquisition of CheckFree Corporation. With more than 30 years of brand building, corporate communications and technology marketing experience, her background includes roles at Per-Se Technologies (now part of McKesson) and Dun & Bradstreet Software.

Guy Chiarello is Chief Administrative Officer at Fiserv, Inc., where he oversees the company’s technology and operations with a focus on driving innovation and delivering superior value for clients through the development and delivery of leading technology and targeted innovation.
Chiarello has been at the forefront of banking, technology, and innovation for more than 30 years. He has led product development and technology for three Fortune 500 companies and is recognized as a leader in the technology industry.
Prior to the combination of Fiserv and First Data Corporation, Chiarello was the President of First Data Corporation, a global leader in commerce-enabling technology. Prior to First Data, he was the Chief Information Officer (CIO) at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where he led global technology across all lines of business in more than 60 countries. Previously, he also served as the CIO of Morgan Stanley, where he began his career in financial services.
Chiarello has been recognized multiple times by Institutional Investor magazine among its “Top Tech 50” and by Information Week as a “Global CIO Top 50”, was a NASSCOM CIO of the Year and is considered a key advisor by many leading Silicon Valley companies and technology CEOs in the industry. He is a philanthropic leader who has been recognized by numerous organizations for his charitable efforts.
Previously, Distelbrink served as the EVP and Head of the Asia Pacific (APAC) region for First Data Corporation. At First Data he led its expansion across 19 APAC countries as a leading eCommerce and mobile technology provider, merchant acquirer and issuer processor.
Prior to First Data, Distelbrink served as the Regional APAC Executive for Global Transaction Services (GTS) at Bank of America Merrill Lynch (BAML). Before joining BAML in 2010, Distelbrink spent 16 years with Citigroup holding various executive leadership roles, including Managing Director and Asia Head of Treasury & Trade Solutions, GTS; Managing Director and China GTS Head; CEO & Corporate Bank Head for New Zealand; and Chief Operating Officer and Director of Strategic Planning for Global Corporate Banking in Brazil.
Distelbrink holds a business degree from Erasmus University’s Rotterdam School of Management and is fluent in Dutch, English, and Portuguese.
Christopher (Chris) M. Foskett is Chief Sales Officer at Fiserv, Inc. As head of the company’s sales organization, Foskett utilizes his extensive financial services sector experience to help connect clients with the solutions and services that are right for their business.
Previously, Foskett served as Executive Vice President, Head of Corporate and Business Development and Co-Head of Global Financial Solutions at First Data Corporation. Before joining First Data, he was the Managing Director, Head of North American Treasury Services and Global Head of Sales for Treasury Services at JPMorgan Chase & Co. Foskett also spent 18 years at Citigroup in a number of key executive roles, including Global Head of Mergers and Acquisitions, Head of Global Sales for Transaction Services and Global Head of the Financial Institutions Group in the Corporate Bank.
Foskett chairs the Board of Directors for Allied Irish Bank Merchant Services. He is a member of the Board of Directors for Finxact, Apiture and Verisk Analytics (VRSK) which he serves as Lead Independent Director.
Andrew Gelb serves as Head of Issuer Solutions at Fiserv, Inc., which provides credit processing and associated solutions to financial institutions, serving more than 1 billion account holders around the world. Issuer Solutions includes credit and retail card processing, loans processing, customer communications, plastics manufacturing and personalization, commercial payments, and licensed financial software systems.
Previously, Gelb was Executive Vice President at First Data Corporation since 2014. At First Data, he managed two of the company’s publicly reported segments, which included many of the solutions he manages at Fiserv today. Prior to First Data, Gelb had a distinguished career at Citi, which included nearly two decades in a variety of roles around the globe, including in the United States, Japan, United Kingdom, New Zealand, and Nigeria, among others. Most recently, he served as Managing Director and Head of Citi’s North America Treasury and Trade Solutions business.
Andrew earned his MBA at Cornell University and his BA at Oberlin College. He is on the board of directors of Scenic Hudson, a non-profit organization focused on the Hudson Valley region of New York State.
John Gibbons serves as Head of the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region at Fiserv, Inc. In this role, Gibbons is responsible for leading the business across the EMEA region, where Fiserv has operations in 13 countries and provides issuing, payments software, merchant acquiring and processing services to financial institutions, Fintechs, enterprise and small- and medium-sized businesses. Fiserv is a leading provider in these primary businesses and markets in EMEA, including the U.K., Ireland, Germany, Netherlands, Poland and the Middle East region.
Gibbons joined the company in December 2018 from Deutsche Bank, where he led Global Transaction Banking. Prior to Deutsche Bank, he was at JPMorgan Chase & Co., serving as Regional Executive for EMEA and as JPMorgan’s Global Head of Banks and Broker Dealers for Treasury Services. Earlier in his career, Gibbons held leadership positions at global financial institutions in London, Amsterdam and New York.

A recognized financial services and technology industry leader with more than 25 years of experience, Kim Crawford Goodman serves as Head of Payments and Risk Solutions at Fiserv, Inc. In this role, she provides executive leadership for the company’s bill payment, prepaid, and financial and risk management solutions businesses.
Crawford Goodman joined Fiserv in 2018 as Head of Card Services, with responsibility for debit and credit processing, ATM and network solutions for thousands of financial institution clients. She then served as Head of Merchant Joint Ventures and Acquirer Processing before assuming her current role.
Prior to joining Fiserv, Crawford Goodman was Chief Executive Officer of Worldpay US, and president of Global Business Travel and Merchant Services Americas for American Express. She also held executive leadership roles at Dell Inc. Crawford Goodman began her career in management consulting with Bain & Company, where she ascended to the role of partner.
Crawford Goodman is a member of the Board of Directors of Charter Communications (NASDAQ: CHTR) and has served on the boards of Alcatel-Lucent, Brocade Communications Systems, Inc., and National Life Insurance Company.
She holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Stanford University and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School. Among many distinguished accolades, Crawford Goodman has earned distinction in multiple years among the Most Powerful Women in Corporate America by Black Enterprise magazine. In 2019, she was honored for her leadership by Finovate as Executive of the Year and was named among the Top 25 Women Leaders in Financial Technology by the Financial Technology Report.
Robert (Bob) Hau is Chief Financial Officer at Fiserv, Inc., and provides oversight for all financial functions of the company.
Hau has nearly 30 years of experience in business and financial leadership roles. Prior to joining Fiserv, he was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of TE Connectivity Ltd., a $12 billion global product technology company. At TE Connectivity, Hau was responsible for developing and implementing financial strategy, as well as creating the financial infrastructure necessary to drive the company’s financial direction, vision and compliance initiatives.
Previously, Hau served as Chief Financial Officer for Lennox International Inc. Hau also spent 22 years at Honeywell International Inc. in a variety of progressive financial and operations leadership roles, including serving as Chief Financial Officer of its Aerospace Business Group, Specialty Materials Business Group and Aerospace Electronic Systems Unit.
Hau holds a master’s degree in business administration from the USC Marshall School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Marquette University.
As Head of General Services at Fiserv Inc., Tom Higgins is responsible for Global Real Estate, Global Sourcing, Cyber Security, Physical Security and Investigations, Enterprise Business Continuity, Crisis Management, and Aviation. He is the driving force behind the company’s Military and Veteran’s Affairs function which focuses on the employment of military members, their spouses and veterans who have sacrificed much to serve their country.
Tom served as Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer of First Data Corporation prior to its merger with Fiserv in 2019. Prior to joining First Data, he served on the Executive Committee and was the Head of Operational Control at JPMorgan Chase & Co. He also led all of the JPMC’s military and veteran’s initiatives. He retired in 2010 as a member of the Senior Executive Service with the U.S. Government. His career spanned 24 years in the National Security and Foreign policy areas.
Tom is a graduate of the State University of New York-Maritime College. Tom attended the U.S. Naval War College and completed the Program on Leadership for Senior Executives at the JFK School of Government at Harvard University. He is a U.S. Navy veteran and serves on a number of charitable boards to include the CIA Officers Memorial Foundation, OSS Society, Business Executives for National Security, the Intrepid Sea, Air and Space Museum, USO of Greater New York, Meridian International Center, Wilson Center, and the Tug McGraw Foundation.
Todd Horvath serves as Head of Account Processing Services for Fiserv, Inc. In this role, Horvath leads all aspects of the account processing business supporting banks and credit unions as they undergo digital and branch transformation and embrace open banking strategies. He joined Fiserv in 2017 as Executive Vice President and President, Bank Solutions.
Horvath is an accomplished business professional with over 20 years of international management experience in enterprise and cloud technologies. His experience spans the spectrum from creating start-up operations for small businesses in emerging markets to leading global divisions of large multinational corporations.
Prior to joining Fiserv, Horvath served as President, Multinational Clients for ADP, leading a high-growth organization and the transformation of several businesses from legacy systems to cloud and mobile-enabled solutions.
Horvath is a graduate of the University of California, San Diego, and earned a master’s degree in business administration from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.
As Senior Vice President and interim Co-Head of Legal at Fiserv, Inc., Jennifer M. Manchester oversees the company’s legal function, providing strategic advice to all levels of the organization. Manchester has represented Fiserv on a wide range of global employment, risk and commercial matters for nearly six years. Manchester was previously Lead Counsel at The Dow Chemical Company and served in legal roles related to employment, mergers and acquisitions and corporate transactions. She also served as General Counsel of Dow’s largest subsidiary during her tenure.
Manchester holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance and a Juris Doctor from Michigan State University.
Gustavo Marin is Head of Latin America at Fiserv, Inc., where he is responsible for the growth of the company in the Latin American region.
Prior to joining Fiserv, Marin was Chief Executive Officer of Citibank for Brazil, Argentina, Uruguay and Paraguay. Previously, Marin served as CEO of Citibank in Brazil and Corporate and Investment Bank Head for Latin America.
Marin is a Board Member of CTEEP, the largest electricity transmission company in Brazil and Latin America. He has previously served on numerous prestigious boards, including TAESA, Santander Asset Management UK, the Brazilian Federation of Banks (FEBRABAN) and International Advisory Board of Thomson Reuters. He has also served on the Advisory Board of the BM&F (the Brazilian Futures Exchange).
Anthony S. Marino is Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Fiserv, Inc. In this role he leads the global HR team, responsible for attracting, developing and retaining the talent necessary to achieve the company’s goals and in building the high-performance culture necessary for continued domestic and global expansion.
Marino is a seasoned HR executive with an outstanding background in financial services. Prior to joining Fiserv, he served as CHRO with First Data. Previously, he served as EVP & CHRO at The Guardian Life Insurance Company, and general manager of global HR and CHRO at Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, one of the largest bank holding companies in the world, where he was the first American appointed to an office in Japan in BTMU’s 130-year history. Marino also served as CHRO at Ally Financial, where he was instrumental in the restructuring and turnaround of the nation’s largest auto finance company. His HR career also includes roles at two "academy" companies long known for human resources best practices, Honeywell International (formerly AlliedSignal) and Pepsi.
Throughout his career, Marino has been a champion of diversity and inclusion efforts. At First Data, now Fiserv, he was instrumental in the development of eight employee resource groups (ERGs), which provide career development, networking, and volunteerism opportunities to 40,000 associates worldwide.
Marino received his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Ohio University and is Six Sigma Black Belt. He is on the advisory board of FutureFuel.io, a leading provider of student loan repayment programs. He also served as chairman of the University of North Carolina-Wilmington International Advisory Board.
As Head of Global Business Solutions at Fiserv, Inc., Devin B. McGranahan oversees the company’s small and medium business (SMB) merchant sales, solutions and partnerships, global enterprise digital commerce solutions, integrated software payment sales and solutions, Telecheck, B2B payments, merchant fraud prevention, SMB equipment leasing, merchant financing solutions and Clover® products and solutions.
With more than 25 years of business and leadership experience, McGranahan previously served as a Senior Partner at McKinsey and Company, engaging with leading financial services companies on a broad range of strategy, payments and business-building opportunities. McGranahan also held a variety of management roles at the firm, including Co-Leader of the North America Financial Services Practice and Leader of the Global Insurance Practice.
McGranahan is currently a member of the Board of Directors for CheckFreePay and Sagent Lending Technologies.
Carmen Menendez-Puerto is Chief Risk and Regulatory Compliance Officer at Fiserv, Inc., where she is responsible for oversight of risk functions and processes, including enterprise risk management, regulatory compliance, third-party risk, credit and operational risk programs.
Previously, Menendez-Puerto served as Chief Control Officer at First Data Corporation, where she managed similar responsibilities to her current role. In addition, Menendez-Puerto held multiple risk and control leadership positions at Citibank, Smith Barney, Barclays Bank and JPMorgan Chase & Co.
Menendez-Puerto holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from City University of New York and has more than 25 years of financial services experience with an extensive background in regulatory compliance, operational risk and anti-money laundering compliance
As Senior Vice President and interim Co-Head of Legal at Fiserv, Inc., Eric C. Nelson oversees the company’s legal function, providing strategic advice to all levels of the organization. Nelson has represented Fiserv on a wide range of transactional, governance, compliance and commercial matters for nearly 15 years. He was previously with the law firm Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP.
Nelson attended Dartmouth College and earned his law degree from Pepperdine University School of Law.
Himanshu Patel is Head of Card Services at Fiserv, Inc., where his team provides integrated debit and credit card issuing services, as well as network, risk and digital solutions to thousands of clients. Prior to the transformative combination of Fiserv and First Data in 2019, Patel served as EVP and Chief Financial Officer, and previously as EVP of Strategy, Planning, and Business Development at First Data.
As CFO of First Data, Patel was a key leader in the turnaround of the company. He also played a pivotal role in transforming the company’s balance sheet, including First Data’s $2.6 billion IPO, its $3.5 billion private placement in 2014, one of the largest U.S. private offerings ever, and over $10 billion in debt refinancing. Patel also led the company’s major strategic transactions.
Previously, Patel was a Managing Director at JPMorgan Chase & Co, where he was a top-ranked equity analyst in the investment bank, and later served as head of strategy at Chase’s mortgage banking division.
Patel is a graduate of the New York University, Stern School of Business and a CFA charterholder.
As Chief Digital and Data Officer, Byron C. Vielehr leverages his extensive experience in global operations and a keen understanding of technology at scale to drive integrated digital and data strategic growth initiatives across Fiserv, Inc. His key responsibilities include the execution and delivery of new digital capabilities and data, analytics and fraud solutions.
Vielehr has broad experience across multiple Fiserv lines of business. Most recently he was Head of Payments and Digital Solutions, leading the delivery of digital, biller, enterprise payments, fraud management, pre-paid and online lending solutions with a focus on enabling high-quality integrated technology experiences that reflect how people live and work today.
Previously, Vielehr was Group President of Digital Banking Solutions and Chief Administrative Officer at Fiserv, honing a commitment to client excellence that continues in his current role.
Vielehr has more than 25 years of technology and financial services experience. Prior to joining Fiserv, he served in senior executive roles at Dun & Bradstreet (D&B), including President of North America and President of D&B International where he was responsible for all D&B businesses outside of North America and global operations.
Previously, Vielehr served as President and COO of Northstar Systems, CIO of Merrill Lynch Private Client and Merrill Lynch Asset Management, as well as in senior executive roles at Strong Capital Management, Thrivent, and SST Inc.
Neil H. Wilcox is Head of Corporate Social Responsibility at Fiserv, Inc., leading the company’s focus on corporate citizenship and social responsibility, including strategies to build upon its success in community and non-profit engagement, diversity and inclusion, and global philanthropy and volunteerism. He oversees sustainability commitments for the organization and helps govern and measure the impact of these initiatives and their value to the business and key stakeholders.
Wilcox joined Fiserv in September 2020 as Chief of Staff for the Office of the CEO, gaining a deep understanding of day-to-day operations across the organization and working closely with the Fiserv leadership team on a wide range of operational effectiveness initiatives.
Prior to joining Fiserv, Wilcox served as interim General Counsel and Chief Legal Officer at USAA, providing strategic counsel and legal advice to the CEO, Board of Directors and Executive Council. Prior to that, he was Senior Vice President, Enterprise Shared Services Counsel at USAA. Previously, Wilcox was Senior Vice President and Associate General Counsel at First Data. He has also held division general counsel and senior compliance roles with J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. and Marsh & McLennan.
Over the course of his career, Wilcox has developed significant expertise with bank and insurance regulatory matters, corporate real estate, intellectual property, procurement, litigation, and mergers and acquisitions. He serves on the boards of the Minority Corporate Counsel Association and New York's Hale House Center, and is a member of the Executive Leadership Council.
Wilcox received his undergraduate degree from Duke University and his Juris Doctor degree from the Georgetown University Law Center.
