Frank Bisignano is Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer of Fiserv, Inc. (NASDAQ: FISV), a global leader in financial services and payments technology solutions for financial institutions, businesses and consumers. The company serves clients in more than 100 countries, is one of Fortune® World’s Most Admired Companies™, and was named among the World’s Most Innovative Companies by Fast Company in 2021 and 2022.
Bisignano joined Fiserv in 2019 through the acquisition of First Data, where he was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. At Fiserv, he initially led the company’s day-to-day operations as President and Chief Operating Officer before assuming the role of Fiserv Chief Executive Officer in July 2020. He became Chairman of the Board in May of 2022.
During his tenure at First Data, Bisignano transformed the 48-year-old company from the world’s largest traditional payment processor into a technology innovator, industry collaborator, and commerce enabler for the 21st century. He also led its $2.6 billion initial public offering in 2015, the largest U.S. IPO of the year.
Before joining First Data, Bisignano served as Co-Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive Officer of Mortgage Banking at JPMorgan Chase & Co. With more than 30 years of executive leadership experience in banks and global financial institutions, Bisignano also served in multiple leadership positions at Citigroup, including Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Executive Officer of the company’s Global Transaction Services unit.
Among a number of non-profit commitments, he serves on the boards of the National September 11 Memorial and Museum, the Mount Sinai Health System, and The Battery Conservancy; and is a member of Business Roundtable, a U.S.-based association of CEOs who use public policy to promote a thriving economy and expanded opportunities for Americans.

As Chief Marketing Officer for Fiserv, Inc., Leigh Asher leads brand strategy, corporate communications and creative direction worldwide, as well as oversees market research and marketing technology and operations. She is responsible for the Fiserv portfolio of client engagement platforms, such as the company’s annual Forum client conference, and was instrumental in establishing a multi-year naming rights agreement for Fiserv Forum, a state-of-the-art sports and entertainment venue in Milwaukee.
Asher plays a key role in shaping the company’s workplace experience and led the design of its flagship office in Alpharetta, Ga., which has served as a model for other Fiserv locations worldwide. She is an advisor to its Women In Leadership (WIL) employee resource group, which she helped to establish and leads the company’s high-profile Leading Women Summit.
Asher joined Fiserv in 2007 as part of its acquisition of CheckFree Corporation. With more than 30 years of brand building, corporate communications and technology marketing experience, her background includes roles at Per-Se Technologies (now part of McKesson) and Dun & Bradstreet Software.
Asher is a graduate of Georgia State University and a member of the American Marketing Association, the International Association of Business Communicators and Marketing 50. She is also a participant in the annual FORTUNE® Most Powerful Women Summit and was recently named to the Atlanta 500.

Guy Chiarello is Chief Operating Officer at Fiserv, Inc., overseeing the company’s technology and operations with a focus on elevating the client experience, creating a high-performance workplace and supporting the company’s future growth. In this role he partners closely with the company’s business leaders in the development and commercialization of the next generation of Fiserv solutions.
Chiarello has been at the forefront of banking, technology, and innovation for more than 30 years. He has led product development and technology for three Fortune 500 companies and is recognized as a leader in the technology industry.
Most recently, Chiarello served as Chief Administrative Officer at Fiserv, overseeing the company’s technology and operations. Prior to the combination of Fiserv and First Data Corporation, Chiarello was the President of First Data Corporation, a global leader in commerce-enabling technology. Previously, he was the Chief Information Officer (CIO) at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where he led global technology across all lines of business in more than 60 countries. He has also served as the CIO of Morgan Stanley, where he began his career in financial services.
Chiarello has been recognized multiple times by Institutional Investor magazine among its “Top Tech 50” and by Information Week as a “Global CIO Top 50”, was a NASSCOM CIO of the Year and is considered a key advisor by many leading Silicon Valley companies and technology CEOs in the industry. He is a philanthropic leader who has been recognized by numerous organizations for his charitable efforts.

Previously, Distelbrink served as the EVP and Head of the Asia Pacific (APAC) region for First Data Corporation. At First Data he led its expansion across 19 APAC countries as a leading eCommerce and mobile technology provider, merchant acquirer and issuer processor.
Prior to First Data, Distelbrink served as the Regional APAC Executive for Global Transaction Services (GTS) at Bank of America Merrill Lynch (BAML). Before joining BAML in 2010, Distelbrink spent 16 years with Citigroup holding various executive leadership roles, including Managing Director and Asia Head of Treasury & Trade Solutions, GTS; Managing Director and China GTS Head; CEO & Corporate Bank Head for New Zealand; and Chief Operating Officer and Director of Strategic Planning for Global Corporate Banking in Brazil.
Distelbrink holds a business degree from Erasmus University’s Rotterdam School of Management and is fluent in Dutch, English, and Portuguese.

Christopher (Chris) M. Foskett is Chief Revenue Officer at Fiserv, Inc. In this role, he drives revenue growth and client retention and satisfaction through the integration and alignment of revenue-related functions across the organization based on a client-first mindset.
Previously, Foskett served as Executive Vice President and Chief Sales Officer of Fiserv after the merger with First Data Corporation. While at First Data, he was Executive Vice President, Head of Corporate and Business Development and Co-Head of Global Financial Solutions. Foskett also served Managing Director, Head of North American Treasury Services and Global Head of Sales for Treasury Services at JPMorgan Chase & Co. He spent 18 years at Citigroup in a number of key executive roles, including Global Head of Mergers and Acquisitions; Head of Global Sales for Transaction Services; and Global Head of the Financial Institutions Group in the Corporate Bank.
Foskett chairs the Board of Directors for Allied Irish Bank Merchant Services. He is a member of the Board of Directors for Finxact, Apiture and Verisk Analytics (VRSK), which he serves as Lead Independent Director. Within Fiserv, Foskett is executive sponsor of our Thrive Disability Leadership Council Employee Resource Group. He resides in New York with his wife and three children.

Andrew Gelb serves as Head of Issuer Solutions at Fiserv, Inc., which provides credit processing and associated solutions to financial institutions, serving more than 1 billion account holders around the world. Issuer Solutions includes credit and retail card processing, loans processing, customer communications, plastics manufacturing and personalization, commercial payments, and licensed financial software systems.
Previously, Gelb was Executive Vice President at First Data Corporation since 2014. At First Data, he managed two of the company’s publicly reported segments, which included many of the solutions he manages at Fiserv today. Prior to First Data, Gelb had a distinguished career at Citi, which included nearly two decades in a variety of roles around the globe, including in the United States, Japan, United Kingdom, New Zealand, and Nigeria, among others. Most recently, he served as Managing Director and Head of Citi’s North America Treasury and Trade Solutions business.
Andrew earned his MBA at Cornell University and his BA at Oberlin College. He is on the board of directors of Scenic Hudson, a non-profit organization focused on the Hudson Valley region of New York State.

John Gibbons is Co-Head of the Financial Institutions Group at Fiserv, Inc. In this role, Gibbons is jointly responsible for enabling the success of Fiserv financial institution and fintech clients through the development and delivery of innovative card payment, debit network, digital payment, bill payment, data aggregation, digital banking and account processing solutions.
Gibbons, who joined the company in December 2018, most recently served as Head of the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region, where Fiserv has operations in 13 countries and provides issuing, payments software, merchant acquiring and processing services to financial institutions, Fintechs, enterprise and small- and medium-sized businesses.
Previously, Gibbons led Global Transaction Banking at Deutsche Bank. Prior to that, he was at JPMorgan Chase & Co., serving as Regional Executive for EMEA and as JPMorgan’s Global Head of Banks and Broker Dealers for Treasury Services. Earlier in his career, Gibbons held leadership positions at global financial institutions in London, Amsterdam and New York.
Gibbons is a graduate of the University of Connecticut and is a dual citizen of both the United States and the U.K.

Robert (Bob) Hau is Chief Financial Officer at Fiserv, Inc., and provides oversight for all financial functions of the company.
Hau has nearly 30 years of experience in business and financial leadership roles. Prior to joining Fiserv, he was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of TE Connectivity Ltd., a $12 billion global product technology company. At TE Connectivity, Hau was responsible for developing and implementing financial strategy, as well as creating the financial infrastructure necessary to drive the company’s financial direction, vision and compliance initiatives.
Previously, Hau served as Chief Financial Officer for Lennox International Inc. Hau also spent 22 years at Honeywell International Inc. in a variety of progressive financial and operations leadership roles, including serving as Chief Financial Officer of its Aerospace Business Group, Specialty Materials Business Group and Aerospace Electronic Systems Unit.
Hau holds a master’s degree in business administration from the USC Marshall School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Marquette University.

As Head of General Services at Fiserv Inc., Tom Higgins is responsible for Global Real Estate, Global Sourcing, Cyber Security, Physical Security and Investigations, Enterprise Business Continuity, Crisis Management, and Aviation. He is the driving force behind the company’s Military and Veteran’s Affairs function which focuses on the employment of military members, their spouses and veterans who have sacrificed much to serve their country.
Tom served as Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer of First Data Corporation prior to its merger with Fiserv in 2019. Prior to joining First Data, he served on the Executive Committee and was the Head of Operational Control at JPMorgan Chase & Co. He also led all of the JPMC’s military and veteran’s initiatives. He retired in 2010 as a member of the Senior Executive Service with the U.S. Government. His career spanned 24 years in the National Security and Foreign policy areas.
Tom is a graduate of the State University of New York-Maritime College. Tom attended the U.S. Naval War College and completed the Program on Leadership for Senior Executives at the JFK School of Government at Harvard University. He is a U.S. Navy veteran and serves on a number of charitable boards to include the CIA Officers Memorial Foundation, OSS Society, Business Executives for National Security, the Intrepid Sea, Air and Space Museum, USO of Greater New York, Meridian International Center, Wilson Center, and the Tug McGraw Foundation.

Katia Karpova serves as Head of the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region at Fiserv, Inc. In this role, Karpova is responsible for leading the business across the EMEA region, where Fiserv has operations in 13 countries and provides issuing, payments software, merchant acquiring and processing services to financial institutions, Fintechs, enterprise and small- and medium-sized businesses. Fiserv is a leading provider in these primary businesses and markets in EMEA, including the U.K., Ireland, Germany, Netherlands, Poland as well as the Middle East and Africa.
Karpova, who joined the company in 2019, most recently served as Chief Financial Officer of the EMEA region.
Prior to that, Karpova was at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where she was Head of Client Service & Implementations for Treasury Services in EMEA, led the Finance organization for the Treasury Services business in EMEA and held other global advisory roles.
Karpova holds a master’s degree in business administration from Stanford University and a bachelor’s degree in finance from University of Maryland. She is fluent in Ukrainian, Russian and English.

As Head of Global Business Solutions, Suzan Kereere oversees the company’s merchant-focused offerings, including the Clover® business management platform and Carat™ enterprise omnichannel commerce platform. Kereere leverages her extensive experience leading payments and technology businesses to deliver excellence for clients ranging from small and mid-sized companies to global enterprises.
Most recently, Kereere served as Chief Growth Officer at Fiserv, leading enterprise strategy and business development initiatives to enhance client value and accelerate growth.
With experience at Fortune 100 companies across global business lines and regional high growth start-ups, Kereere is well-recognized for her accomplishments in digital transformation, sales optimization, front-line customer engagement, and inclusive growth.
Previously, Kereere led a multi-billion-dollar business and global team as Global Head of Merchant Sales & Acquiring at Visa. Her background also includes leadership roles at American Express, including head of U.S. National Merchant Business and head of Global Network Business.
Kereere is a champion for, and sought-after authority on, equity in the corporate space, and has driven leading-edge work to bring analytics to the forefront in the discussion on race and inclusion.
Kereere serves as a non-executive Director on the board of Grange Insurance Company and has previously served on the boards of the National Retail Federation Foundation and the American Red Cross (New York). She holds an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School and a B.A. in Economics from Tufts University.

Jennifer Manchester is Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Fiserv, Inc. In this role she leads the global HR team, responsible for attracting, developing and retaining the talent necessary to achieve the company’s goals and in building the high-performance culture necessary for continued domestic and global expansion.
Manchester, who joined the company in 2015, most recently served as SVP, Co-General Counsel. In this role, Manchester’s responsibilities included legal support for three publicly reported Fiserv business segments, litigation and investigations. Prior to Manchester’s current role, she led the employment, benefits and global services technology legal teams, as well as the ethics team. She has also served as a member of both the Legal and HR leadership teams while at Fiserv.
Before joining Fiserv, Manchester spent 11 years at The Dow Chemical Company. Manchester served in a number of roles during her tenure, including serving as the General Counsel and Secretary of a multi-billion dollar subsidiary. Manchester also served as in-house counsel for a software technology company and started her career in a private practice law firm.
Manchester holds a Juris Doctor and a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Michigan State University.

Gustavo Marin is Head of Latin America at Fiserv, Inc., where he is responsible for the growth of the company in the Latin American region.
Prior to joining Fiserv, Marin was Chief Executive Officer of Citibank for Brazil, Argentina, Uruguay and Paraguay. Previously, Marin served as CEO of Citibank in Brazil and Corporate and Investment Bank Head for Latin America.
Marin is a Board Member of CTEEP, the largest electricity transmission company in Brazil and Latin America. He has previously served on numerous prestigious boards, including TAESA, Santander Asset Management UK, the Brazilian Federation of Banks (FEBRABAN) and International Advisory Board of Thomson Reuters. He has also served on the Advisory Board of the BM&F (the Brazilian Futures Exchange).

Himanshu Patel is Co-Head of the Financial Institutions Group at Fiserv, Inc. In this role, Patel is jointly responsible for enabling the success of Fiserv financial institution and fintech clients through the development and delivery of innovative card payment, debit network, digital payment, bill payment, data aggregation, digital banking and account processing solutions.
Previously, Patel was Head of Card Services at Fiserv, a role he held starting with the transformative combination of Fiserv and First Data in 2019.
Prior to this, Patel served as EVP and Chief Financial Officer at First Data beginning 2015, and as EVP of Strategy, Planning, and Business Development beginning in 2013.
As CFO of First Data, Patel was a key leader in the turnaround of the company. He played a critical role in leading the $2.6 billion First Data IPO in late 2015 and was a key partner in multiple strategic transactions including the combination of First Data with Fiserv in 2019.
Patel’s experience includes 16 years at JPMorgan Chase & Co, where he was a top-ranked equity analyst in the investment bank, and later served as head of strategy within the company’s mortgage banking division.
Patel is a graduate of the New York University Stern School of Business and is a CFA charterholder.

Adam Rosman is Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Legal Officer at Fiserv, leading compliance, government relations, human resources, and legal. Rosman also chairs the Fiserv Payments Steering Committee, which guides the company’s strategic process. He joined Fiserv in July 2021.
Previously, Rosman was General Counsel of OneMain Financial, one of America’s largest consumer lenders, where he oversaw legal, compliance, government relations and audit. Before joining OneMain, he served as General Counsel for First Data from 2014 to 2019 and played a key role in its combination with Fiserv. He was previously Executive Vice President, Group General Counsel for Willis Group Holdings, responsible for legal, corporate secretary, compliance, and audit and risk management.
During his career, Rosman also has served as Senior Vice President and Associate General Counsel at Cablevision Systems Corporation in Bethpage, NY and as a partner at the Washington D.C.-based law firm of Zuckerman Spaeder LLP, where he advised public companies and senior executives on a range of topics.,. His background also includes serving as Assistant U.S. Attorney and Deputy Staff Secretary to President Bill Clinton from 2000 to 2001.
He is a graduate of Stanford Law School and Union College, where he graduated magna cum laude and was a member of Phi Beta Kappa. He has lectured as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Georgetown University Law Center.

Joanne Sebby is Chief Risk Officer at Fiserv, Inc., overseeing the strategic development and execution of the company’s enterprise and operational risk management programs in partnership with the company’s business leaders.
Sebby has more than 20 years of risk management experience. Prior to being named Chief Risk Officer she served as Chief Audit Executive at Fiserv, and held the same position at First Data prior to its combination with Fiserv in 2019. As Chief Audit Executive, Sebby oversaw a team providing independent, risk-based, and objective assurance and consulting activities to add value and improve the company’s operations.
Sebby held several additional risk management positions during her tenure with First Data, with a significant focus on integrating regional practices into global programs. These positions included three years as vice president of Enterprise Security, Risk and Compliance, leading security professionals across North America and Europe to create and enforce policies and standards through ongoing internal risk assessments, the facilitation of external assessments and consulting services. She also served as a liaison to the Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council (FFIEC).
Prior to joining First Data, Sebby served as an Audit Manager at Deloitte where she was responsible for audits in multiple industries. Sebby holds a bachelor’s degree from Buena Vista University. She is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Information Security Manager.

Neil H. Wilcox is Head of Corporate Social Responsibility at Fiserv, Inc., leading the company’s focus on corporate citizenship and social responsibility, including strategies to build upon its success in community and non-profit engagement, diversity and inclusion, and global philanthropy and volunteerism. He oversees sustainability commitments for the organization and helps govern and measure the impact of these initiatives and their value to the business and key stakeholders.
Wilcox joined Fiserv in September 2020 as Chief of Staff for the Office of the CEO, gaining a deep understanding of day-to-day operations across the organization and working closely with the Fiserv leadership team on a wide range of operational effectiveness initiatives.
Prior to joining Fiserv, Wilcox served as interim General Counsel and Chief Legal Officer at USAA, providing strategic counsel and legal advice to the CEO, Board of Directors and Executive Council. Prior to that, he was Senior Vice President, Enterprise Shared Services Counsel at USAA. Previously, Wilcox was Senior Vice President and Associate General Counsel at First Data. He has also held division general counsel and senior compliance roles with J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. and Marsh & McLennan.
Over the course of his career, Wilcox has developed significant expertise with bank and insurance regulatory matters, corporate real estate, intellectual property, procurement, litigation, and mergers and acquisitions. He serves on the boards of the Minority Corporate Counsel Association and New York's Hale House Center, and is a member of the Executive Leadership Council.
Wilcox received his undergraduate degree from Duke University and his Juris Doctor degree from the Georgetown University Law Center.
