Brookfield, Wis., September 15, 2011 - Fiserv, Inc. (NASDAQ: FISV), the leading global provider of financial services technology solutions, announced today that it has partnered with Integrated Media Management (IMM) to integrate Teller Source Capture^TM from Fiserv as part of IMM's Teller Item Capture solutions. This partnership replaces a third-party capture solution that IMM had been using, allowing more credit unions to use the Teller Source Capture application from Fiserv to capture images and process transactions.

The IMM suite of teller solutions is currently fully integrated with many of the account processing solutions from Fiserv, including XP2^®, DataSafe^®, Spectrum^® and Advantage^TM. The addition of the Fiserv capture technology is a natural fit and an extension of the existing relationship between Fiserv and IMM. Teller Source CaptureTM from Fiserv brings credit unions added value such as:

• Increased Efficiency - Teller Source Capture eliminates much of the teller data entry and many of the teller documents;
  
• Fewer Back Office Adjustments - Since each transaction is created and balanced as the teller interacts with the member, corrections to deposits can be made real time with the depositor; and
  
• Risk Mitigation Tools - Teller Source Capture identifies duplicate items, image quality issues and other rules established in deposit review.

IMM item processing customers will now have the ability to seamlessly leverage the entire portfolio of Source Capture Solutions from Fiserv, which includes branch (back office), merchant, consumer, mobile and ATM source capture. IMM clients will also be able to take advantage of membership to the Fiserv Clearing Network (FCN) for image exchange and settlement. FCN offers transit, receipt and return item capabilities and is a simplified and low cost alternative to check image exchange.
